I come from a family of clinicians, so improving healthcare delivery for patients and providers is deeply personal for me. Throughout my career, I have always found that both provider organizations and their caregivers ultimately want to do what is best for their patients and communities; however, they are often hindered by the ineffective alignment of incentives and their inability to collaborate in a way that enables the delivery of efficient, patient-centered care. I’m passionate about identifying and executing innovative solutions to remove those roadblocks.
